Privacy policy

FilmTone is an independent site for creating and sharing Picture Styles for Canon cameras. This policy summarizes what data is processed and how. It is a plain-language summary: if anything substantial changes, we will update this page.

Account: if you create an account, your email is used only for sign-in (one-time code) and to identify your recipes. There are no mailing lists or email advertising.

Images: photos you upload to preview a look are processed to generate the preview or the PF3 file and are not used for any other purpose; samples you publish with a recipe are publicly visible alongside that recipe.

Recipes and public content: recipes, names and samples you publish are visible to other users and to search engines.

Cookies and analytics: the site uses browser local storage to remember your language and session, and Google Tag Manager to measure traffic in aggregate. We do not sell data or use that measurement for advertising.

Third parties: email sign-in is handled by Supabase (authentication) and voluntary payments, if any, are processed entirely by Ko-fi. We share data with no one else.
